Spruce Essential Oil

Spruce has a sweet, fresh, and uplifting aroma. Inhaled, it is suggested for exhaustion and fatigue. Due to its anti-fungal properties, it may be good for candida and it is used in formulations meant for muscle aches and pains. It is also often used in household cleaning products as well as room sprays and deodorants.
